Kathleen has been active in Berlin’s tech scene since 2004. A system thinker at heart, she has always been fascinated by complex ecosystems and the power of cooperation within.
During her journey, she worked as a future researcher for the Daimler Technology & Society Research group, led pilot projects for the Axel Springer SE, managed Investments at IBB Ventures, and coordinated the IoT-European Platforms Initiative.
As Business Development Manager for the Daimler Fleetboard Innovation Hub, she dived into the convoluted landscape of the logistics sector. Quickly it became her mission to bring automation and new business logics to this widely fragmented and inefficient ecosystem.

Florian describes himself as a middle-aged geek born and raised in Ingolstadt. Even though he is a frequent traveller, Logistics & IT has been his home since 2008. Starting his career as System Analyst for Panasonic, he quickly took over leading IT positions in the logistics industry.
Currently, Florian is heading the innovation activities at Imperial Logistics International, a global provider of Transport and Supply Chain Solutions with an annual turnover of € 1,6 billion.

Gautier is an experienced technology manager and founder. In a career spanning 20 years, he has worked as a developer, architect and manager on scalable business platforms and digital products, especially in the mobile services industry, both in B2B and B2C. In 2015 Gautier co-founded a startup for which he led the product strategy of a machine-learning based discovery platform. Currently, he supports the Next Big Thing AG as Venture Developer. for Evertrace, a company building IoT and Blockchain solutions for the supply chain.
Darina’s core competencies lie in the areas of supply chain management, business development and innovation management. With over 5-years professional experience in international supply chain management and logistics, she is involved on both the operational and strategic level. Previously, Darina has been responsible for innovation processes at NBT with a specific focus on identifying IoT and blockchain use cases.
